DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Duluth Police on Friday afternoon stopped a suspicious vehicle in the 500 block of West 8th Street.
The two occupants were detained and the 45 year old driver showed signs of impairment and provided officers with a false name.
The K-9 Fitz was deployed and alerted officers about illegal narcotics in the vehicle.
A search located 105.49 grams of methamphetamine, 26.46 grams of crack cocaine, 1.39 grams of fentanyl and over 2700 dollars in cash.
The driver was jailed on several pending drug charges, giving a false name to law enforcement and a Wisconsin Department of Corrections warrant.
