SUPERIOR, WI (KDAL) - Law enforcement agencies from throughout the northland will be showcasing the talent and skills of their K-9 officers on Thursday evening. The 11th annual Operation K-9 is being held at the UWS track next to the Wessman Arena in Superior from 4:30 to 8 p-m.
