DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Pending City Council confirmation, Ben Van Tassel has been selected as the director of the Duluth Planning and Economic Development Department.
Van Tassel began work as a City Planner in Duluth in 2009 and has been Director of Administrative Services since 2022.
The Planning and Economic Development Department’s work includes construction and building services, permitting, planning, zoning and community, housing and economic development.
