BRUSSELS (Reuters) – The European Union’s diplomatic service has suggested EU countries provide up to 40 billion euros ($43.35 billion) in military aid to Ukraine this year, according to a discussion paper seen by Reuters.
The paper, an updated version of an earlier proposal, also says each EU country participating in the effort should contribute “in line with its economic weight”.
