DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – A large storm moving into the area Monday night will bring several inches of rain along with very gusty winds.
Some snow is possible as the storm moves out on Wednesday and Thursday but accumulations are expected to be minor.
Gale warnings are up for Lake Superior as strong winds will create 9 to 14 foot waves and wind advisories are posted for northeast Minnesota through Tuesday afternoon.
Most areas of the Northland should see from one to two inches of rain but up to 4 inches is possible along the North Shore.
A high temperature around 50 on Monday will drop into the low 30’s by Wednesday.
