LONDON (Reuters) – Biotech firm Bavarian Nordic shares soared over 15% on Friday, another day of substantial gains which analysts have linked to the outbreak of the mpox virus.
Shares in the Danish biotech, one of the few companies that have a mpox vaccine, have added over 45% this week.
The World Health Organizationon Wednesday declared mpox a global public health emergency.
