DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Heavy rainfall Monday night led to some flash flooding in parts of Duluth.
Reports of water over the roads and washing down the hillside were common.
I-35 was shut down for a time as the tunnels flooded. Reports of over 3 inches of rain were received in some areas, with the airport location of the weather service reporting about an inch and a quarter by midnight.
