DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Duluth Fire crews were called to a structure fire about 4 a-m on Thursday in the 2400 block of West 4th Street.
Flames were visible in the 2nd story of the up and down duplex when firefighters arrived.
The residents of the building were evacuated safely and three displaced residents are being helped by the Red Cross.
Damage estimates were set at 25 thousand dollars to the structure and contents.
The cause of the fire is being investigated by the Fire Marshal’s Office.
