ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) – The State Senate Capital Investment Committee will be touring critical infrastructure projects in northeast Minnesota this week.
The committee members and local officials will visit Zimmerman, Grand Rapids and Hibbing Tuesday.
On Wednesday they will be in Buhl, Mountain Iron, Soudan and Ely.
The tour wraps up Thursday in Two Harbors, Duluth, Cloquet and Pine City.
While in Duluth, the committee will tour the UMD Science Building, the Spirit Mountain Recreation Area and the St. Louis County Heritage and Arts Center project.
The Minnesota Senate Investment Committee is touring projects requesting bonding money around the state.
