Literally every day I wake up I say, “Okay, today is the day I am going to stick to my pre-calculated calorie plan and avoid temptations!” And, every night I go to bed saying, “Well, there’s always tomorrow.”
Who can relate? I didn’t buy any Halloween to save my self from the guilt of eating it all before any trick-or-treaters could knock on my door, but ate any fun-size bar my family was willing to give me from their haul. I’ll say I’ll be disciplined in the days leading up to Thanksgiving so I can enjoy anything I want that day…but I won’t be. Sigh. I can’t be the only one right? So please, tell me your success and failure stories about trying to lose weight, staying healthy or just maintaining your weight. Let’s have fun with it! Maybe we can inspire each other to make a change or incorporate a new habit we hadn’t thought of before. Why not? What have we go to lose other than a few pounds?
I struggle too.
Was doing the intermittent fasting and would drop a few but then we would go out and it was right back in.
So the bakery in Chisholm opened and we have been Going there for breakfast 4 or 5 times a week.
Since we have been doing that I am down 14 lbs?
Not sure why lol as most mornings I have a donut there of some sorts……. once a week a burrito (yummy) 🌯
I really don’t eat anything for lunch after …… just my Java Slim core coffee ☕️ and eat a regular supper.
Do some exercises here and there but have not been regular about it.
Darn … if I could get myself in a great routine I could really slim down.
So Morning Decafe and donuts 🍩, Slim Core Jave and a good supper along with water of course throughout the day.
That’s the ticket for me ….. plus go easy on that craft beer and maybe just do a Bourbon 😊
Looking forward to seeing others input on your post.

I hardcore hear you! I just had a donut and a half from Blackbear Bakery. Ugh. I will check into the Slim Core Java! I should start drinking bourbon like Joe but I like my beer. Waaaah! That’s probably the biggest hurdle. Great Googly Moogly. Thanks Helen!!!
