DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The City of Duluth in partnership with St. Louis County, CHUM and support from Loaves and Fishes, will be opening City Center West at 5830 Grand Avenue as a warming center location.
If needed, the warming center could open by November 4th and the Duluth Transit Authority (DTA) has committed to providing free transportation to and from the center.
The Warming Center would be open from 8 p-m to 8 a-m when temperatures are 32 degrees or lower.
The CHUM Drop-In Center is also available 24 hours a day at 125 North 1st Avenue West.
