Enger Tower Is Turquoise For Women's Lung Health Week

DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Duluth Mayor Don Ness has declared this week as Women's Lung Health Week in the city.  As part of the national observance, some famous landmarks across the country are turning turquoise as a reminder of the toll that lung cancer takes on women in this country.  During the week, Enger Tower is being illuminated in a turquoise light.  Lung cancer is the number one cancer killer of women even though very few are aware of that statistic.  Get more information about the American Lung Association's National Women's Lung Health Week at LungForce.org
