Duluth, MN (KDAL) - Authorities continue to investigate after a Hermantown man was stabbed last week. The St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called a week ago Tuesday night to the four-thousand block of Hicken Road in Rice Lake Township on the report of a stabbing. There they discovered the 22 year-old, who had been stabbed multiple times. He was rushed to St. Mary’s Essentia Hospital where, at last check, he was listed in ‘stable’ condition. The victim’s stolen pickup truck was discovered on fire in Duluth. Investigators later arrested 27 year-old Andre Verlin Anderson of Hermantown and 39 year-old Steven Robert Hager of Duluth. The pair was arraigned Monday on multiple charges stemming from the incident, including theft, robbery, assault, arson and second degree attempted murder.
