DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Besides the usual books, movies and music, you will soon be able to borrow seeds from the Duluth Public Library. Beginning next spring the library will have tomato, pepper, pea and bean seeds to lend. After the seeds grow and you harvest the crop, the library asks that you reclaim the seeds from the best performer and bring them back to the library. The Duluth seed lending library will be one of the first in Minnesota but several dozen libraries around the country now have seed packets to lend. The Duluth Library website has more information.
