MADISON, Wi (KDAL) - The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources has a new Chief Warden. Todd Schaller was named to that position by the DNR Secretary Cathy Stepp on Monday. Schaller will replace current Chief Warden Randy Stark who will retire after more than 11 years as Chief and a 30 year career with the DNR. Schaller is a native of the LaCrosse area and was first hired by the DNR in 1989. He is currently the head of the Recreation Enforcement and Education section of the department.
