UNDATED (KDAL) - A 44 year old man who was wanted for a sexual assault in Cherry Township on the 2nd of March was taken into custody by the Minnesota State Patrol on Thursday.  John Everette Pierce of Cambridge, Minnesota had a warrant for 13 felony level charges including kidnapping, 2nd degree assault and burglary.  Pierce was spotted by the State Patrol while walking on I-35 in the City of Blaine and is now in the Anoka County Jail on the St. Louis County warrants.
