Duluth, MN (KDAL) - Increased use of Meth and the line on Superior Street in downtown Duluth has lead to an increase in property crimes in the Twin Ports. The thefts are supporting drug habits here in the Twin Ports. The Superior Police Department says that residents there have a one in nineteen chance of being a victim of a property crime.
