ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) - The Minnesota jobless rate held steady in February at 5.5 percent according to figures released by the Department of Employment and Economic Development.  Minnesota employers added 14,500 jobs during the month bringing total jobs in the state to near the pre-recessionary peak of five years ago.  The U-S unemployment rate for February was 7.7 percent.
