Duluth, MN (KDAL) - The 29th Annual John Beagrease Sled Dog Marathon will end on Wednesday at Billy's on the Jean Duluth Road.  In the lead this morning was Nathan Schroeder of Chisholm.  He left the Finland checkpoint around eight o'clock on Tuesday night.  About a half hour behind him is Keith Aili of Ray, followed by Odin Jorgenson, Frank Moe, Amanda Vogel and Colleen Wallin.

Scratched our are David Gordon of Duluth, Blake Freking of Finland, Andrew Letzring of Herbster and Zoya DeNure from Delta Junction, Alaska.

Speaking of Alaska, the Iditerod Sled Dog Race has ended.
