Duluth, MN (KDAL) - A house fire Sunday morning in Duluth did over $50,000 damage to a home at 2867 Exeter Street. The call came in at around ten thirty in the morning, crews left the scene three hours later. The occupants of the property got out safely thanks to working smoke detectors. The cause of the fire was faulty wiring in the attic, where most of the damage was done.
