DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - After a dedication ceremony on Friday and a public open house on Saturday, the new passenger terminal at Duluth International Airport opened for business this morning.  The 78 million dollar building was nearly ten years in planning and construction.  The final move took place overnight between the last plane into the old terminal Sunday night and the first to leave the new facility on Monday morning.
