DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Mayor Don Ness is urging Duluth residents to submit an application to serve on City Boards and Commissions that have or will have vacancies. He says the 30 boards and committees provide valuable input and leadership on a variety of topics. There are openings now on the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission, the American Indian Commission, the Building Appeals Board, the Parks Commission and several others. Applications are available on the city's website or by calling the City Clerk's office at 730-5500. The applications are kept on file for two years.
