Duluth, MN (KDAL) - The John Beargrease Sled Dog Marathon needs snow.  Race officials cancelled last year's classic because of the lack of snow.  They say there's plenty of snow up the shore, but that here in Duluth there is more brown than white.

The race is set to start in Duluth on January 27th.  Only 12 of the 30 spots in the long distance race are filled.
