DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The City of Duluth will start removing snow in the West Duluth area at 2 a-m Wednesday.  Motorists are asked to observe the "no parking" signs that are posted in the snow removal areas or risk being ticketed and towed.  The snow removal areas include Grand Avenue from 59th Avenue West to Central Avenue.  Bristol Street from Grand to 54th Avenue West.  Ramsey Street from Bristol to 54th Avenue West.  57th Avenue West from West Wadena to Grand Avenue.
