Duluth, MN (KDAL) - On an eight to one vote last night the Duluth City Council approved a resolution allowing pawn shops to be open on Sunday. Pawn America wanted the Sunday hours, local pawn shops were opposed to the extended hours. Councilor Gardner voted against the measure.
