DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - There are public meetings being held Wednesday concerning proposed changes for the Kenwood Avenue and Arrowhead Road intersection and plans for the restoration of Chester Creek.  The City of Duluth will have lane change diagrams available at the meeting for the Kenwood Avenue-Arrowhead Road intersection plans.  That meeting will be from 5 to 6 p-m in the Duluth Police Training room at 2030 North Arlington Avenue.  Public input on the options for restoration of Chester Creek within Chester Bowl Park will be held at a meeting in the Central Hillside Community Center from 6:30 to 8:30 p-m.
