MAPLEWOOD, MN - Authorities are looking into the Saturday-morning death of a 16-year-old Maplewood girl. A witness reported seeing a man running from the scene in Maplewood. He was described as white, about 5 ft. 9 in. tall, with spiked blonde hair, black sweatpants and a white-hooded sweatshirt. The victim's name has not been released. The Maplewood police and the state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension are investigating. Anyone who may have information is asked to contact Maplewood police.
