DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The Duluth Public Library is now recruiting volunteers  for a new Home Delivery Service Program which they hope to begin in late spring.  The service would be available to those people in the community who are not physically able to visit the library.  Home delivery was discontinued in 2008 due to budget and staffing cuts.  Interested volunteers should contact Cheryl Skafte at 218-730-4334 to request an application and get more information.
