UNDATED (KDAL) - Despite oil prices going down lately, the price of gasoline is still going up across the country.  The nationwide average for a gallon of regular unleaded is a 3.73, up about 15 cents from just last week.  In Minnesota the average is now at 3.76 and Duluth prices are in the 3.77 to 3.79 range while most stations in Superior are up to 3.82 a gallon.  It could be worse, Los Angeles now has gas at over 5 dollars a gallon.
