Duluth, MN (KDAL) - Get ready to get cold.  Besides the downturn in the temperature there will be a chance to get even chillier tomorrow at Saturday's Duluth Polar Bear Plunge.  The deep dunk for charity is a fund raiser put on by Minnesota Law Enforcement to benefit Special Olympics.  The dive into Lake Superior takes place off the sandy beaches of Canal Park.
