UNDATED (KDAL) - If you are spending less than 131 dollars on your sweetie for Valentine's Day, you're below average in Minnesota.  According to the National Retail Federation, the 131 dollar average is a slight increase from a year ago.  Across the country, a record 18.6 billion dollars will be spent on flowers, candy, jewelry, cards and other Valentine's Day gifts.  Happy Valentine's Day.
