ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) - Police in Oakdale, Minnesota on the East side of St. Paul, are investigating an apparent random shooting last night that killed a ten year old child and wounded the child's mother. Another woman was shot in the hand. Apparently a 34 year old suspect, now in custody, started firing at passing cars in Oakdale last night.
