Duluth, MN (KDAL) - It was a packed house under the dome of the State Capitol in St. Paul last night for Governor Mark Dayton's State of the State Address. The Governor telling lawmakers his proposed budget was balanced and toss more support to education. Dayton's plan calls for two billion dollars in tax increases over the next two years that will close about a billion dollar projected deficit.
The Governor also endorsed legislation in favor of same sex marriages in Minnesota during last night's speech.
