DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - What residents think about the quality of life in St. Louis County and how they think the county is doing in providing critical services will be part of a survey to be mailed out next week. The survey will help guide future county decisions on budget and policy. About 2500 county residents will be selected at random to receive the survey packet to fill out and return. St. Louis County is partnering with four other Minnesota counties to produce the survey conducted by the National Research Center.
