DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The Minnesota DNR is holding public meetings this week on proposed changes to the state's endangered, threatened or special concern species list. The agency is proposing to remove 15 plants and 14 animals from the list while adding 67 animals and 114 plants to the list. The public meeting in Duluth is scheduled for 6 p-m Wednesday at the Gitchee Gumee Conference Center at the EPA facility at 6201 Congdon Boulevard.
