DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Lt. Governor Yvonne Prettner Solon will be the keynote speaker at the Boys and Girls Club's 41st Annual Youth of the Year Celebration on Tuesday.  The event is presented by the College of St. Scholastica and will be held in the Great Lakes Ballroom of the Holiday Inn and Suites downtown Duluth beginning at 6 p-m.  The Youth of the Year program recognizes a Boys and Girls Club member for their service to the club, community and family.  The youth selected will go on to compete in the regional and state levels.
