Blake Shelton became one of country's top touring acts with his Ten Times Crazier tour in 2013, building on his string of #1 hits and pop culture celebrity status as a coach on NBC's The Voice . His team won for a third-consecutive season in June, when Team Blake member Danielle Bradbery was crowned the season-four champ.

Blake's new album, Based on a True Story…, was released in March and passed the platinum sales mark by the end of the year. The project produced three #1 singles this year, including the track "Mine Would Be You," which is up for Best Country Solo Performance and Country Song of the Year at the 2014 Grammy Awards in January. Based on a True Story… also took CMA Album of the Year at the CMA Awards in November, and Blake won his fourth consecutive CMA Male Vocalist of the Year trophy, too.

Earlier in the year, Blake teamed up with pal Luke Bryan to host the ACM Awards, where he won Song of the Year for co-writing, "Over You," with wife Miranda Lambert . After deadly tornadoes tore through Blake's home state of Oklahoma in May, he quickly organized the Healing in the Heartland telethon in NBC, recruiting his artists friends Luke Bryan, Reba , Vince Gill , Joe Don Rooney of Rascal Flatts , and Miranda to raise more than $6 million for relief efforts.
