Duluth, MN (KDAL) - There’s job growth to report in the Twin Ports. The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development says there were 1,600 new jobs created in November, versus in 2012. Statewide, the jobless rate has tumbled to 4.6% from October’s 4.8%. The information sector saw the largest gains, followed by financial activities, manufacturing and leisure and hospitality. Year to date, the education and health sector continues to lead the way with more than 11,000 new jobs. The nationwide unemployment rate stands at seven-percent.
