DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - 8th District Congressman Rick Nolan spent some time in Duluth on Thursday. He opened his new office in the Tech Village and also spoke at the monthly Forum hosted by the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce. Among the topics Nolan touched on was gun violence and how to prevent it. He said there seems to be some agreement on Capitol Hill that more needs to be done to improve mental health services. Nolan was confronted by some gun rights activists before the event at the Holiday Center and he said they had a respectful discussion on the topic.
