DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Minnesota Power and Superior Water Light and Power line workers will leave for Maryland Tuesday to help repair widespread power outages caused by Hurricane Sandy. Minnesota Power is part of the Midwest Mutual Assistance Group which helps restore power around the country following natural disasters.
