Duluth, MN (KDAL) - Authorities are trying to try a seventeen year old alleged gang member as an adult in the case of two people who were beat up in the Central Hillside of Duluth earlier this month. A seventeen year old teenager has been implicated in the stabbing and beating of a seventeen year old girl and an eighteen year old male compansion. Norman Cutbank III is in custody after turning himself into authorities. It is not his first time incustody.
The prosecutors yesterday said they want to try the alleged Native Mob member as an adult and upped the chargest against him to second degree attempted murder. A hearing in the case is set for November sixteenth.
