DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - 25 year old Donald Lacquier-Jackson, a suspect in an assault on October 13th, has turned himself in to Duluth Police.  Lacquier-Jackson and a 17 year old juvenile, who was arrested earler, are accused of assaulting a man and woman with a baseball bat and stabbing the woman in the chest.  After he called 9-1-1 on Friday night, police arrested the suspect at Lake Avenue and 5th Street without incident.  Besides assault charges, Laquier-Jackson also faces a charge of attempted murder in the 2nd degree.  Police believe the incident was gang related.
