(KDAL) - Gas prices in Minnesota have dropped about 15 cents a gallon in the last week and the average price statewide for a gallon of unleaded regular is now around 3.63.  Prices remain a bit higher in the Duluth area and range from 3.64 to 3.69 a gallon.  In Superior most stations are at 3.68 while at least one was still at 3.99 Thursday morning.
