DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The 2012 Minnesota Crime Prevention Assocation's Volunteer of the Year Award has been presented to Pam Kleinschmidt of Duluth.  The award was based on the nomination by Duluth Police for the countless hours Pam  Kleinschmidt has given to the community of Lincoln Park as a Citizen Patrol Captain and volunteer for the Police Department.
