Duluth, MN (KDAL) - Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak was the cheerleader in the room last night as he addressed the members of the Duluth Chamber of Commerce at their annual dinner held at the DECC.  Rybak linked Duluth to the Twin Cities on many levels and encouraged more cooperation in the future.

Last night's meeting was the 142nd in the History of the Duluth Chamber of Commerce.  Those in attendance numbered well over a thousand.
