DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The City of Duluth alleges that the daily crowds gathered on the sidewalks outside the Last Place on Earth is creating a public nuisance. On Thursday, City Attorney Gunnar Johnson filed the complaint after the store took no action to address the issue. The city claims the crowds around the business blocks the sidewalk and police and fire responses to the site have cost nearly a hundred thousand dollars in the past year.
