Duluth, MN (KDAL) - The Vice Presidential Debate is tonight between Paul Ryan of Wisconsin and Joe Biden, the incumbent.  There is a report out of Wisconsin this morning that accuses Ryan of using his on-going Congressional Campaign to favor his simultaneous run for higher office. Spending on the Congress side is way ahead of anything like it in the past and critics say it is a way to support his national aspirations, no comment from the Ryan camp.  The charges were leveled by a Democratic watch dog group
