DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The public is being invited to join transportation stakeholders in developing a 20 year Minnesota State Highway Investment plan.  The meetings at several locations around the state will influence the Minnesota Department of Transportation priorities over the next 20 years. The meeting in Duluth begins at 12:30 p-m Thursday at the MnDOT District Headquarters, 1123 Mesaba Avenue.
