(KDAL) - Up to a thousand East Central Energy members in northwestern Wisconsin will be without power for about three hours on Wednesday.  Crews will be making repairs to improve reliability and the planned outage will be from 9 a-m to about noon.  Members affected will be those in the Dairyland, Wascott, Gordon, Minong, Danbury, Markville and Sandstone areas.
