DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - On a 4-3 vote, the St. Louis County Board went on record in opposition to the proposed constitutional amendment that would prohibit same sex marriage. Speakers for both sides of the issue stated their case before the board on Tuesday. Voters in Minnesota will find the question on the ballot in November.
